Now it is glopping.

So. It rained and then it snowed and then it rained, and now it is raining.

White glop is on cold surfaces - grass, rooves [1], and the tops of cars. It is raining steadily if slowly, and so driveways, which are darker so probably warmer, are a dreadful mix of white and clear slush. I should probably clear that because if it freezes it will be dreadful, but we are not promised any temperatures, night or day, below 0 C for days. It never got below 1 C last night and it is now 2 C.

[1] - is that a proper spelling? That is how it is pronounced, to rhyme with hooves and grooves[2], but my eyeballs are not liking its shape.

[2] - which takes us to moves and proves, which is fine, but I still suspect that the multiple of roof is roofs, which is not okay because proofs and proves are different in spelling and pronunciation and meaning, so where does that leave rooves?
