Are we stupid, or what?
XL Foods beef in warehouses may yet be sold to market:

Stupid Harper-spawned cuts of inspectors, hence contempt of what the inspectors do, leads to filthy food, leads to unhappy reputation for our beef industry - and we don't know when to cut our losses and start again. Trying to save those carcases will probably cost them the rest of their reputation.
I suppose the Harper-spawned cuts to Stats Canada means we're no longer tracking food poisoning cases, either.
