Thank you for this. I suspect the kneeling aspect was highlighted to reconcile me to the fact that no surgery will be considered for me at this time. *sigh*

The reports I hear, like yours, all indicate an immediate drop in pain levels, so. I know that only qualifies as "anecdotal" but still. :)
