Rain, beautiful rain.

It has been too hot for tooo long.  Vancouver is never meant to get this dusty and this stinky.  We had a decent amount of rain last night, and now we are having the light patterings of probably not very serious rain.  But it is cooler inside, so sleeping should be possible.

Travelled to the parental abode for my Mom's 71st birthday.  The trip was too quick, and the journey fraught with fraughtness, but the Shuswap is always beautiful.

Yay rain.
