Minus 23 C

It is 2:00 am, ish, on 27 Dec 21 (Monday) and it is freaking minus 23 C.

Earlier today at noon I tried to get gas in full sunshine with minus 17 C, and the prepay on the pumps weren't working (only way to get gas in BC in response to the death of a young attendant). It was so cold on my hands that I couldn't stand it, so I left without filling up (I could have walked into the station and prepaid there, but my knees just can't hack that sometimes).

So so insanely glad about the new furnace.

PS - snow

Christmas Day and Christmas night it snowed and snowed and snowed. I stayed at Mom's on Christmas night (unplanned), sleeping in the big recliner (which tipped forward slowly and gently dumped me on the floor at 4:00 am).
