agoodwinsmithThis is interesting because of the premise that one can "hack" one's own physiology, but I am not sure I complete accept that "one cannot change or control that which one cannot measure". That depends on a pile of mutually understood definitions, I think [1]. Anyhoo.

Also, there seems to be a tiny bit of narcissism about the whole Quantified Selfers movement. Oh maybe just a bit.
