One potluck down; one to go.
Dec. 19th, 2011 01:49 pmSo, I am sure I am not alone - most workplaces have potlucks this time of year. It's always a source of anxiety: if you go to pick up your plate, and there is still food left - argh.
Fortunately, the big event with lots of appetites happens first, and I do my tried and true Greek Salad. Usually all that is left is the diluted dressing in the bottom of the bowl, as was the case this year. *Whew*.
The next one is for a smaller group of much more finicky people. Argh.
