Never Jam Today.

Rain yesterday and rain tomorrow - but never rain today.

We keep being promised rain.  Nope.  There were 18 mini drops yesterday morning that evaporated before they hit the ground.  The air had the feel of there having been rain, but there was no rain evidence on the ground at all.

And that was the best of the recent promises.  A couple of times, dark clouds were overhead, and the air smelled like it was going to rain - but then we didn't even get the magic raindrops from them.

This weekend they are promising 10 millimetres.  We'll see.

More whining about the rain.

and the last time we had rain was 26 May 2009, and before that was 13 May 2009.  They weren't big falls, and they were isolated days.  May shows 11 days of ran, including three days of less than a millimeter.  And April only includes 10 days of rain, including four days of less than a millimeter.  June has no days so far.  Hah.  Things are really really dry.
