So I saw this report:

I haven't even read it yet, and already I'm exasperated.

So, drug abuse rarely starts prior to the teen years. The teen years are the exploration, rebellious years. So, it is likely that any damn thing that a teen does is going to be linked to one of those risky exploratory behaviours.
