Online ordering
Jan. 11th, 2021 04:01 pmYes, towards the end of the old year and beginning of the new year, I ordered things online.
Some are coming from the USA, which means duties and taxes and whatnot - and A LOT more time than it used to take. I think there's more paperwork, and of course, a lot more parcels to handle.
Some are special order items that, even though I am going to pick them up at the store, will take a while to be found and sent.
And one order is coming from China, with a super neato tracking system, that I check in on every other day to see what is happening now. It has been documented and bagged and sent to Shanghai, and bagged again and sent on further. It's almost like taking a little adventure myself. ;)
I must say, I enjoy informative tracking systems.
