Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day
http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/

I read about this book in [livejournal.com profile] ozarque  's LJ, where she talks about her success here:

I've been on the trail of this book since then, and finally had to resort to ordering it from Amazon.  And I tried it today.  Woo hoo!  I can make really tasty bread and it is so easy anyone (yes, Esmeraldus, dis means you) can do it.

I am brilliant!  Whee!

Hee, I know - they fib a bit - but I helped my mother make bread the traditional way once. Argh. I will allow them their conceit of 5 minutes.

Thank you for the feed.

Easy - absolutely easy. And that loaf was cut open 15 minutes out of the oven because I Just Can't Wait. And I want hot bread with melty butter on it, oh yes I do.
