The mild seasonal flu, according to this chart, which is good, but still:

Hmm.  Whenever I use google images to find something, if I go directly to the webpage offering the image, the image is usually beyond dinky.  This now offers to show the image enlarged - which is what I have linked to above, but then it is yanked out of the context of the person kind enough to share this image.  I don't have a solution, but I do feel light headed.  And achey.  And weirdly weird in some muscles, which I suppose is a subset of achey, but really hard to describe.  I'm drinking lots of tea, which leads me to the bathroom a lot, and currently, because of the state of the bowels, it is a bit of a surprise what will happen.  I think I don't like surprises.

Our weather has warmed up in time that we are getting the great big load of precipitation as rain, which is okey dokey by me.  It has been below freezing (-5 to -7 C) for several days (maybe more than a week?) and we had some little bit of snow, and it was a tad slippey.  I am very grateful that the weather warmed up so fast - from minus 3 at 7:00 am to 0 at noon to plus 5 a 4:00 pm, and even higher now.  Zoomed right into totally melted.  Good.

I had forgotten that Going Postal had been filmed.  Huh.  I ordered it recently, and we watched it last weekend.. It is much changed from the book, but very good, all the changes worked very well.  Charles Dance as Vetinari was inspired.  Ingrid Bolsø Berdal was amazing as Angua.  Perfectly crazy around the eyes.  Claire Foy - excellent, Andrew Sachs, perfect, etc etc.  I confess that I want the same group to make The Truth with Charles Dance as Vetnari and Tamsin Greig as Sacarisa Cripslock.  I want to know who played Otto - because he got the mournful look exactly right.  He didn't look completely in thrall of light, but then I know that a film can't do justice to every character.  I'm very grateful that so many made it in.

Anyway - very good; want more.

Sorry, the name linkies don't work.  I wanted to cut & paste Ingrid's name to get the slash dealies, and they came as links, but the links don't work.  Foo.
