Emily Carr Convocation 2009
May. 2nd, 2009 08:40 pmI attended the convocation of Emily Carr graduates today. It was held at the Chan Centre at UBC. Honorary doctorate recipients were Stan Douglas and Sarah McLachlan. I have a really bad picture to prove I was there:
Left to right are: Jake Kerr (standing), Ron Burnett, Sarah McLachlan, George Pederson, Stan Douglas, Monique Fouquet and one of the founders of Pyramid Power (so it could be Matt Booth, Jonah Gray or Sacha Hurley).

This is the first convocation when the institution is a university, but the 84th convocation for the distribution of credentials by this fine arts institution.
