Lytton BC is burning.
Jun. 30th, 2021 08:05 pmLytton has broken temperature records for the past three days, and a fire near there has invaded the town and all of Lytton is evacuated:

Today here it briefly hit 44C, but spent most of the day at 43. It is now down to 34, and Maggie is pacing back and forth, ready for doors and windows to be open. It won't be as late as last night today, but it won't be right this minute, miss.
