Spanish Banks.

agoodwinsmithThe transit have finally reinstated bus service to Spanish Banks. They did this for 01 Sept 08, and it only runs hourly on weekdays. My suspicion is that they are hoping to be able to say, "but, look, we reinstated the bus service, and hardly anyone used it, so we are forced to cancel it again," I mean - where was this service during the summer? eh? And why is it not offered on weekends? eh?
However, it does mean that SOGP & I have now spent two evenings at Spanish Banks. Wow, beautiful, my favourite. Last night we took a picnic, and I wish I had taken my suit because the water was perfect for swimming.
The sunset, the water, the view, the sand, the piggy gulls - all just so excellent.
